Research Priorities: The Future of the City

Following our ESRC grant award for the Urban Transformation project Jam and Justice: Co-Producing Urban Governance for Social Innovation, Dr Beth Perry was invited to attend a joint workshop between the Foresight Future of Cities and the ESRC Urban Transformations Programme on 14th October 2015 at the University of Liverpool in London.
The Urban Transformations Principal Investigators - or their nominees - were invited to input their idea to assist the Foresight programme team in preparing the final stages of their work. This was the first in a series of conversations for Foresight Future of Cities, led by the Lead Expert Group of the Foresight Programme, to identify some shared themes about the future urban research agenda and draft research priorities.
